Shipping & Delivery Policy
This policy explains how Aegis Knowledge Trust delivers what you buy from Bharat AI Innovation Conference & Exhibition 2026, held at World Trade Center Mumbai on 20–21 November 2026.
1. What you receive
- Conference passes (Visitor, Delegate, VIP, Academic): an email confirmation containing your registration reference, the pass type purchased, and instructions for collecting your badge at the venue.
- Exhibition booths: a booking confirmation and an Exhibitor Agreement setting out your stand allocation and entitlements.
- Sponsorship packages: a confirmation and a Sponsor Agreement setting out the agreed deliverables.
- Workshops and training: an email confirmation with the session details and joining instructions.
2. Delivery timeline
Confirmation of your order is sent to the email address given at registration once payment has been successfully authorised by our payment partner. This is normally immediate, and in all cases within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Where a payment is placed under review by the payment gateway or the issuing bank, delivery follows the outcome of that review. We will contact you if a payment cannot be confirmed.
3. Badge collection at the venue
Physical badges are not posted. Your badge is issued at the registration desk at World Trade Center Mumbai on the event dates, on production of your confirmation email and a government-issued photo ID. Registration opens at 09:00 IST on both days.
4. Delivery address
The only delivery address we require is a valid email address. Please make sure it is entered correctly at registration, as confirmations are sent to that address and cannot be delivered otherwise. A postal address is collected only where it is required for GST invoicing.
5. If you do not receive your confirmation
If nothing has arrived within 24 hours of payment, please first check your spam, promotions and quarantine folders, as automated confirmations are sometimes filtered there. If it is still missing, contact us with the payment reference and the email address used, and we will resend it.

6. International participants
Delivery is electronic and identical regardless of where you are located. Attendance is in person at World Trade Center Mumbai; we do not arrange travel, visas or accommodation, though visa invitation letters can be requested at the address above.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Delivery of a pass does not affect your cancellation rights. Transfers, refund eligibility and timelines are set out separately in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
